Exchange/Return Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you may file a complaint at https://www.aodour.pk/complaint/complaintPortal. or email us at info@aodour.com. The request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Non-Return/Refund Claims:

  1. As the products are shipped from abroad, items once purchased cannot be exchanged or returned if the buyer changes their mind or is dissatisfied with the texture, color, design, or size of the product.

Valid Reasons for Complaint:

  1. The delivered product is damaged (e.g., physically worn-out or broken).
  2. The delivered product is incomplete (e.g., missing items and/or accessories).
  3. The delivered product is incorrect (e.g., wrong product, size, color).

Conditions for Returns:

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws.
  2. The product must include the original tags, freebies, invoice, and accessories.
  3. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. If delivered in Patchee packaging, the same must be returned.

If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject the complain request.

Resolution timelineAll complaints will be resolved based on product availability, while valid refund requests are guaranteed to be closed within 7 days, ensuring customers receive timely and reliable support.
