Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery takes 10–15 business days for Global Orders. During sale periods, delivery times may be slightly extended.
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above a certain order value. Check our website for the current free shipping threshold. Promotional free shipping offers are announced on our social media channels.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery for unused items in original condition with tags intact. For full details, visit our Return Policy page.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer.
Yes, exchanges are possible subject to stock availability. If the requested item is higher in price, you pay the difference. If lower, we issue store credit for the balance.

Absolutely. We guarantee all our products are 100% original and authentic. We source directly from trusted suppliers and never compromise on quality. This is a core commitment of the Aodour brand.
Store your bag in its dust bag when not in use, away from direct sunlight. Clean with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid overloading, which can distort the bag's shape. For leather bags, use a leather conditioner every few months.

Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, and major debit/credit cards. Online payment options including JazzCash and Easypaisa may also be available at checkout.
